WashVerify is designed to work
with your coin box timer. There is no secondary coin box or
expensive equipment in the bay. All that is required is our surface
mount card reader and a small interface module that is mounted
inside your existing coin box.
A WashVerify Credit Card Server
can Function in any of the following ways:
1) Generic Count Down: This mode
will work with any industry standard timer. The car wash
owner defines a fixed dollar amount per swipe, with different
amounts available for first swipe and additional swipes. The
WashVerify System will send
pulses to the timer and the timer will count down as if it had
received credit pulses from your coin acceptor. This mode works with
your existing timer and is the most economical way to accept credit
cards at your car wash.
2) Enhanced
Dixmor Count Down: This mode is available with any Dixmor
timer that is dual English/Spanish (a firmware upgrade from Dixmor
Enterprises may be needed). this mode functions like generic count
down, but also offers feedback to the customer regarding the status
of their credit card. Messages will display on your Dixmor coin box
timer such as "Verifying Card" and "Use Different Card."
3) Enhanced
IDX Count Down: This mode is available with any IDX
timer. (A firmware upgrade from IDX may be needed). This mode
function like generic count down, but also offers feedback to the
customer regarding the status of their credit card. Messages will
display on your IDX coin box timer such as "Verifying Card" and
"Card Declined".
4)

that is dual English/Spanish (a firmware upgrade form Dixmor
Enterprises may be needed). In this mode, the car wash customer
swipes their card once, and the bay timer will begin counting up in
minutes and seconds. When the customer is done washing in the bay,
they push the STOP button located on the card reader, and the timer
will display the amount the customer will be charged. The Dixmor
timer will also display card status messages such as "Verifying
Card" and "Use Different Card." The car wash owner can set up a
minimum card charge, and also an auto-shut down value in case the
customer drives off without pushing the STOP button.
5) IDX
Count Up: This mode is available with any IDX timer. (a
firmware upgrade from IDX may be needed). In this mode, the car wash
customer swipes their card once, and the bay timer will begin
counting up in minutes and seconds. When the customer is done
washing in the bay, they push the STOP button located on the card
reader, and the timer will display the amount the customer will be
charged. The IDX timer will also display card status messages such
as "Verifying Card" and "Use Different Card." The car wash owner can
